Danie is a very dedicated, effective, efficient Engineering and Project Management Professional able to cope under enormous pressure whilst remaining calm, focussed, and objective.
 
His Project management and Engineering Management execution interface is most pleasant despite spending many months in remote locations in difficult circumstances & harsh conditions on a major project local and remote.
 
Danie assisted in house with ensuring the root cause analysis of major projects was captured and that each member of his engineering team in GMEA contributed.
 
He mentored as Engineering Manger the graduate engineers and planned and scheduled all Process Engineering Training for the Engineers in East, West and South Africa.
 
Danie is a most valuable team member and helpful as Colleague to ensure the Engineering Management support required for Project Management and understood, supported the Tetra Pak Processing Governance, QA and Milestone Toll Gates.
 
It was a pleasure to work with Danie and hope to in the future again.
